1. Bookings and Payments
1.1. Booking Process
- To book a tour with Soil 2 Soul Expeditions, you must complete the booking form and provide all required information
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
1.2. Payments
- 50% of the total tour cost is to be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour, as per the specified payment schedule.
- 25% is due 30 days prior to departure.
- The final 25% is due 15 days prior to departure.
- We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation by You
- If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (mail) & on call as soon as possible.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation relative to the tour departure date.
- Tour Cancellation 90 Days Prior to Departure: 25% of the Tour Cost
- Tour Cancellation 60 Days Prior to Departure: 50% of the Tour Cost
- Tour Cancellation 45 Days Prior to Departure: 75% of the Tour Cost
- Tour Cancellation 35 Days Prior to Departure: 100% of the Tour Cost
2.2. Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel a tour if there are insufficient bookings or for other unforeseen circumstances
- In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
3. Travel Insurance
- It is highly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, and repatriation
- Soil 2 Soul Expeditions is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to inadequate or lack of insurance coverage.
4. Health and Safety
- You must inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your participation in the tour.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and fit to participate in the tour.
5. Personal Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other participants, guides, and the local community
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is deemed unacceptable or harmful.
6. Liability
- Soil 2 Soul Expeditions is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
- We are not responsible for any delays, alterations, or cancellations due to natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Soil 2 Soul Expeditions and is protected by copyright laws
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
